On May 24, Every Nation churches around the world will be celebrating Pentecost Sunday with millions of believers from dozens of denominations, networks, and movements.
Like last year, we will celebrate by praying for the nations.
- First, we will pray Psalm 2:8 together, asking God to give us the Nations as our inheritance.
- Secondly, we will pray Matthew 9:38, asking God to send laborers and workers, and missionaries to his ripe harvest.
- Third, we will pray Luke 11:13, asking God for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Nations and on the Harvest workers.
We’re asking all of our churches to participate in Pentecost Sunday by doing one of the following:
Level 1
- Show the Mission 2029 video.
- Pray. (Psalm 2:8, Matthew 9:38, Luke 11:13)
Level 2
- Show the Mission 2029 video.
- Pray. (Psalm 2:8, Matthew 9:38, Luke 11:13)
- Preach a Pentecost Sunday sermon.
Level 3
- Show the Mission 2029 video.
- Pray. (Psalm 2:8, Matthew 9:38, Luke 11:13)
- Preach a Pentecost Sunday sermon.
- Receive a global missions offering.
- Find a way to use the funds to support a Mission 2029 outreach.
