The International Policy Council (IPC) is a nine-member subset of the International Ministry Team which is co-chaired by Rice Broocks and Steve Murrell. The roles and responsibilities of the IPC are as follows:
1. To uphold the vision and values of Every Nation by formulating written policies, focusing on ends and delegating means, and keeping the movement Christ-centered, Bible-based and ethical; and
2. To ensure that Every Nation is accomplishing its mission by monitoring the achievement of its ends, monitoring adherence to leadership limitations, and promoting and maintaining a culture of healthy relationships.
The International Policy Council membership comprises:
