The initial training will focus on the most critical elements for new staff. This allows us to shorten this training period so that students can get on the field quicker. We have also developed two new components to equip and facilitate our staff.
An ongoing curriculum where students will participate in regular, distance learning projects with staff from various locations. This will provide a group learning dynamic and foster an increased sense of community among our staff.
Annual weeklong intensives to continue the development of each staff member and to prepare him or her for increased responsibility and new opportunities.
This new Career Path provides a broad avenue for diverse, long-term development, and it gives the campus missionary the opportunity for continued success.
