All students pursuing vocational ministry participate in a practical internship to develop their ministry skills. They learn how to develop and execute a ministry plan that incorporates the three fundamental components of college and youth ministry: relational evangelism, small groups, and ministry events.
Our goal is not to teach them a single ministry model or program, but to help them develop a strategic plan that will work in their ministry assignment. Students evaluate the effectiveness of the different methods used, recommend adjustments for increased success, and repeat the process.
