Leadership Development is a core value of Every Nation Ministries. This development and training is carried out primarily through Every Nation Leadership Institute (ENLI) and four Schools of Ministry. ENLI is the foundational leadership training school of Every Nation Ministries. This two-year program is designed to equip all church members to be effective ministers. Our Schools of Ministry build on this foundation and are designed specifically for church planters, pastors, missionaries, and campus ministers.
The motto of Every Nation Leadership Institute is "Equipping a new generation of leaders." This is what we seek to accomplish in each class of Every Nation Leadership Institute. We believe that God has called us to make disciples and followers of Jesus, not just converts. It will be these disciples who, when trained and equipped, will take the Gospel into the ends of the earth.
