Home for AIDS Orphans
Zimbabwe Mission A team of about 60 people from His People Church City Bowl, Cape Town, South Africa will go to Harare, Zimbabwe with a mission to give hope, to help equip our church leaders and congregations in Harare and to assist them in renovating a children’s home facility in Ruwa specifically for AIDS orphans. The team will leave on the first week of August and below is a report from John Miller, Senior Pastor of His People Church City Bowl, Cape Town:

We are running a major mission trip to Zimbabwe - a nation that continues to experience severe poverty, health problems, political unrest and economic collapse. We are very excited that we have had an incredible interest from people wanting to come and assist. However, we have a major challenge in that no finances came in from our last appeal for the building cost which is approximately $20,000. We appeal now to all of you who have a heart for the poor, the sick and the homeless to give to this worthy cause and help us show the love of Christ to the people of Africa. |
