Church Planting BootCamp

The EN Church Planting BootCamp in these five days you will learn through lecture and interactive group exercises the five church planting steps: Assessment, BootCamp, Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post Launch. This will include Philosophy of Ministry, Target Audience/Ethno Graphics, Building a Team that Works, Developing a Culture of Trust, Breaking Growth Barriers, etc. It will also be the start of a two-year process of personalized church consultation that will guide you in mission, vision and values discovery, values alignment, strategic planning, plus sermon series and process for the first year. The format is interactive with lots of hands-on application and coaching. Our objective is to give church planters practical skills that will help them break through current statistical norms by planting  healthy, vibrant and growing churches. 

Our next Boot Camp will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, May 20-24, 2010. The Church Planting BootCamp will be offered free of charge to Every Nation pastors/planters. Only transportation, hotel accommodations, and some meals will be the responsibility of each attendee.
 
It is highly recommended that married couples should make plans to have their spouse attend the training.
