- That all students can articulate the Gospel in a personal way that produces a response.
- That all students understand and practice the spiritual disciplines.
- That all students understand, model, and communicate the fundamentals of discipleship.
- That all students learn to analyze their ministry assignment and develop a strategic plan.

all students have a basic understanding of the three fundamentals of
campus ministry: evangelism, small groups, and special events.
- That all students understand and apply essential leadership principles and management skills.
- That all students understand and value the importance of relationships in life and ministry.
- That all students discover their unique gifts and strengths for life and ministry.
- That all students learn to analyze culture for effective ministry.
- That all students understand the central doctrines of the faith and the essentials of Church history.
