Reaching HBCUs
The challenge for many qualified African-American men and women with a burden for campus ministry is the limited pool of financial resources from which to draw.
Furthermore, the process of raising personal support through networks of relationships and personal contacts can be far more limiting for black students than for their white or Asian counterparts.
AARM was founded, in part, to connect qualified young ministers with those who have resources to support their mission.
The goal of AARM is to raise and help establish 100 young ministers in HBCUs by the year 2010.
